Gentle fitness sessions that focus on self-discovery and personal growth through meditation, visualization and breathing exercises as well as yoga postures. Level: Gentle-moderate.
Registration will begin September 4th, 2018, in person only, on the ground floor of the YWCA. Opening hours are from Monday to Thursday, between 10 am and 1 pm, and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
The cost is $25 for the Fall session; maximum 3 activities. There will be no refunds after the trial week (September 10th to September 14th). Registration entitles you to a 10 % discount at Fringues, the YWCA thrift-boutique.
