Yoga – Moderate
Gentle fitness sessions that focus on self-discovery and personal growth through meditation, visualization and breathing exercises as well as yoga postures.
REGISTRATION POLICY: In person only, starting January 7th, Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm.
BASIC FEES: $30 for the Winter session (including 3 activities, $5 per additional activity).
TRIAL WEEK: Jan 14th to Jan 18th – there will be no refunds after the trial week.
