Centennial of Camp Oolahwan

A reunion not to be missed!

On this hundredth anniversary of the founding of Camp Oolahwan, the YWCA invites the former campers to join the event organized by the Camp Oolahwan Centennial Committee composed of former camp participants. The meeting will take place from September 8th to 10th, 2017 on the enchanting site of Camp Ouareau in St-Donat, Quebec. Former campers and counsellors can register online.

100 years of fulfillment and fun!

Camp Oolahwan was the longest sustained initiative in YWCA history. Founded in 1917, it has contributed to the healthy development of thousands of girls and women through activities aimed at building self-esteem and building healthy and sustainable friendships at low cost out in the nature. In 2005, the Summer Space Camp for teenagers aged 10 to 13 was created with the same objectives, this time in the form of an urban day camp.
