Bulletin communautaire d’information juridique de notre clinique (french only)

Take care of yourself at an affordable price

If mental health is everyone’s business, not everyone has the same means to take care of it. In order to democratize the care and services that are good for you, the YWCA has prepared a small resource guide that takes into account smaller budgets. Whether it’s low-cost activities, psychotherapy, osteopathy or massage therapy at rates adjusted to income, or hairdressing services at reduced rates, we hope that you will find a few resources in this booklet that will help you take care of yourself.

The guide is currently only available in French, but offers resources for the English-speaking public.
