[Family caregivers] Workshop: Managing Stress and anxiety
In order to live a healthier and more fulfilling life, it is important to understand the physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioral manifestations of stress. These workshops address these themes and discuss the role that our thoughts have on the intensity and frequency of the stress we feel, as well as ways to better manage stress and anxiety day to day.

Note: All activities for women who are caregivers will be offered by ZOOM until it is safer to hold them in person. We are available to guide participants in the installation and use of ZOOM when needed. Activities are bilingual, but due to ratios they are often held primarily in French with English translation and participation whenever requested.
