[Family caregivers] Mindfulness group: Meditation
A place for caregivers to come together and practice mindfulness meditation, guided by an experienced teacher who will help you find self-compassion. The class also helps you to realize that you are not alone.

Note: All activities for women who are caregivers will be offered by ZOOM until it is safer to hold them in person. We are available to guide participants in the installation and use of ZOOM when needed. Activities are bilingual, but due to ratios they are often held primarily in French with English translation and participation whenever requested.
