
[Family caregivers] Meditation and Mindfulness for Seniors
A space for caregivers to come together and practice mindfulness meditation. These workshops also help better manage stress, reduce isolation and improve overall wellbeing.
Note: All activities are offered by ZOOM. Assistance is available for participants who need help setting up equipment and the various video conferencing software programs. Support services and most activities are bilingual. Interpretation services are available upon request.
