[Caregivers] Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation (Zoom)
A dedicated space for caregivers to come together and learn about mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation techniques as tools to manage stress. In addition, these group meetings aim to reduce isolation, foster mutual support, and improve caregivers’ overall wellbeing.

Wednesdays, from January 18th to April 5th 2023, 10AM to 11:30AM.

Note: If activities are offered online, we can provide assistance for participants who need help setting up equipment and the various video conferencing software programs. Support services and most activities are bilingual. Interpretation services are available upon request.
