
[Caregivers] Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation (Zoom)
A dedicated space for caregivers to come together and learn about mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation techniques as tools to manage stress. In addition, these group meetings aim to reduce isolation, foster mutual support, and improve caregivers’ overall well-being.
Bilingual online group. Every Wednesday from 10 am to 11:30 am. From April 26th to July 26.
