Hatha Yoga + Mantra Yoga (Moderate)
Hatha yoga practice enhancing physical, mental and emotional well-being with elements of meditation, breathing techniques, body gestures and postures. Recite mantras to balance your energies, boost concentration and reduce stress.
REGISTRATION POLICY: In person only, starting April 23rd, Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm.
BASIC FEES: $25 for the Spring session (including 3 activities, $5 per additional activity).
TRIAL WEEK: April 29th to May 3rd – there will be no refunds after the trial week.
