Qi Gong JianSheng
Qi Gong is an integral part of Chinese medicine. It consists of a series of slow and fluid movements, breathing and meditation techniques, aimed at circulating and increasing vital energy throughout the body. These exercises promote well-being and improve physical, emotional and mental health.
REGISTRATION POLICY: In person only, starting April 23rd, Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm.
BASIC FEES: $25 for the Spring session (including 3 activities, $5 per additional activity).
TRIAL WEEK: April 29th to May 3rd – there will be no refunds after the trial week.
