
Tai Chi
Tai-chi consists of performing a set of continuous and circular movements performed slowly and precisely in a pre-established order. Fluid and spiral movements help to develop balance and flexibility, coordination and precision of movements, thus improving body-mind harmony.
All levels.
Vaccine passport required.
