Un métier à mon image

Atelier sur les COSP et les stéréotypes de genre pour encourager la diversification des choix de carrières.

A more egalitarian professional environment requires raising awareness about the effects of gender stereotypes on young people’s decisions. This workshop encourages them to explore Academic and Career Guidance Content (ACGC) in a dynamic and gender-neutral way to promote a diversity of career choices.
Our workshops cover traditional and non-traditional jobs, promising careers, entrepreneurship, and many myths about professions that need to be debunked. We encourage young people to identify their strengths and bring their ideas to life to choose a career that they are passionate about.
